Hands down, the best experience I could have ever imagined getting my puppy! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From potty training to puppy recall, and even the personalized tests for picking out your puppy, Kody does an amazing job. She is truly a blessing, and I loved working with her!

18 mths into getting to know our delightful Doodle and I cannot believe what an amazing personality she is. Kody matched us with Ranger (our doodle) based on our ask for an active but mellow dog. Weird ask and yet we have a doodle who’s precisely that! She can go running with me for 8 miles or just chill next to me while I read. From training the puppy to training us, Kody was incredible! We are so grateful to Kody for all the support, insights and encouragement in becoming a doodle family. Our pup goes everywhere with us and adapts so well to new environments…I don’t have to worry about managing my kid vs pup activities as a single parent.

We adopted a pup from Owen-a-Doodle and have been so blessed by the entire process. We love how each pup is prayed over to find just the right home, trained and thoughtfully exposed to everyday noises and situations so he/she is well-prepared to join a family and have all sorts of adventures. The breeders (Kody and family) provide a lot of guidance and suggestions (which we appreciate, this being our first indoor dog). Any questions we had prior to or after picking up have been promptly addressed. We like the care this breeder takes to maintain a good, solid genealogy trail and how organized she is. Kody goes over the top raising wonderful family dogs. Our pup, Lucky, came to us with a solid foundation of good manners, a lovable nature, and a positive regard for people and the world in general. I'd never owned a dog before and Kody provided guidance every step of the way, ensuring I got all my questions answered and I felt supported. She shared photos and videos on Facebook so we could all follow along on the puppy-raising journey. She loves her dogs like family, gives them lots of socialization (which is so important to building resilience), and does temperament testing to ensure a good match for each family. Our vet even commented on two separate occasions, "you've got a good one." Yep, I feel that way too. ❤️

I originally started following this breeder on Facebook because I enjoyed seeing the puppy pictures. When we decided it was time to get another dog, I knew this was where I wanted to get one! I've never owned a doodle, but I think I would have wanted whatever type of dog Kody was raising. The time and care she puts into each puppy is so evident. Daily handling, love and exposure to different stimuli has given us a healthy, happy puppy who is so friendly and adores children. I'm hoping to train our little guy as a therapy dog, where I think he will excel at making people feel loved and cared for ❤️ Thank you Owen-a-doodle for giving me my new best friend!

Owen A Doodles and Kody! From the very first interaction, our experience with Kody at Owen A Doodles has been nothing short of extraordinary. Kody took my call and chatted about her experience her passion and process. She shared her desire to be thoughtful in how she matched pets with owners. Kody’s incredible insight, deep understanding of temperament, and unique ability to match a family with their forever fur baby made the entire process feel personal, intentional, and truly special. I’ll admit, I was initially skeptical about the puppy evaluations. I wondered, what could someone really learn from observing and interacting with a young puppy? But after receiving Eddie "Nox" Roper’s evaluation and meeting him in person, I was blown away. The report Kody gave us was 100% spot on. Eddie’s personality, temperament, and energy level were exactly as described. Eddie was the perfect match for us. As an older couple with a large, lively extended family (including 17 grandchildren!), we needed a puppy who would be gentle, social, and adaptable. Kody delivered beyond expectations. From the very start, Eddie was well adjusted, confident, and sweet natured. He came home already familiar with kennel training, slept all night in Kennas night one. He had exposure to water, and even interactions with scents, other animals and children. Our very first night was proof of the care and intentionality that went into his early weeks. Eddie went into his crate at 8 PM and slept peacefully until 5 AM no crying, no whimpering just calm and comfort and happy boy to greet us. That’s the result of thoughtful early socialization and training from day one. Eddie goes to doggy daycare when we're gone long days and I get reports like "everyone should have an Eddie" " Eddie is pure happiness" "Eddie is confident and keeps up with the big dogs". I have to add and I know this is getting long but I just have to share we have Hank who is a 37 pound doodle medium moyan doodle,I guess is what they call him. We were a little hesitant that Eddie is a little doodle, he's 13 pounds and five months old, we don't expect him to get too much bigger maybe a little but I'm telling you he is a full-size doodle in spirit and energy and brings the love of a smaller lap dog and I don't know if I'd trade a thing. And I added this because for anybody that thinks that they want a full size big doodle, don't underestimate the love and personality and enjoy that a small doodle can bring as well. Eddie is our fourth family dog, and we currently have three dogs in our home. We’ve never had a transition go this smoothly. He fit right in playful, loving, and easygoing with everyone, human and furry alike. "What a snuggler." Kody and Owen A Doodles have set a new gold standard in what responsible, loving, breakers should be in my book. We are beyond grateful for the gift of Eddie and for the care, communication, and expertise that made it all possible. I added photos so everyone can enjoy Eddie's happy go lucky personality. My experience with Owen-a-doodle was really wonderful. We started thinking about getting a dog last fall, but I was nervous to be a first time dog owner. Kody took the time to talk me through her program with puppies and answered all of my questions and concerns about dog ownership. We ended up with a perfectly matched dog for our family. Our dog came with the basics of potty and crate training, a firm foundation for socialization, beginning manners of sit to say please and an excellent beginning exposure for grooming. My son often says we got the best dog in the world. We are so thankful for all the work, care and love Kody and her family puts into these puppies.

Kody has been AMAZING!!! For my husband and I this is our first puppy together and I was so set on adopting a puppy from Owen-a-doodle because of how well taken care of the puppies are and the engagement level from Kody. Our puppy is home now and knows how to sit before eating already thanks to Kody! And it’s only been day 2 and he seems to really be responding to his name already. Kody was always available no matter what, even though I feel like I had a million questions all the time and she was always engaged and happy to chat. Her process from the day you sign up for a list until take home day is so engaging and really makes you feel like you’ve been with your puppy the whole way through. The constant photos and updates are so nice to have when you’re conversing with friends about plans to expand the family and getting to show those photos. I had family in town during the puppy meet and greet, and just seeing Kody draw families in together impressed my brother and made him talk with his wife about getting a puppy!!! Owen-a-doodle offers so much value to family’s because the experience you’ll get is guaranteed to be a lasting positive one! I adore our new puppy and hope that other families get to have an experience like mine
